As an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper you will be responsible for providing general support to the Executive Assistant and Retail Operations Manager to ensure efficient operation of the winery.

Duties职责
- Answer and direct telephone calls 接电话以及转接电话
- Respond to emails in a professional manner专业的回复电子邮件
- Purchase and receive office and winery supplies购买和接收办公室和酒庄用品
- Process daily cash deposits from the retail store处理销售部的每日现金存款
- Arrange appointments 安排预约
- Maintain accurate cash, bonus, and reports 确保准确的现金，奖金和其他报告
- Coordinate with various contractors for on and off site projects与各种承包商协调开展项目
- Create monthly schedule创建每月日程表
- Provide support to the retail store when required 必要时帮助销售部门

Qualifications 资格

Diploma or Certificate 文凭或证书

General bookkeeping knowledge an asset 有做账经验优先
