Customer ServiceThe Customer Service Center is located on the upper level near Macy’s and offers paging/security, information/directional assistance, customer comment cards, and complimentary wheelchairs (first come, first serve basis) Pyramid Gift CardBeginning in summer 2005, Walden Galleria is proud to offer the Pyramid Gift Card which will be good at all shopping centers owned and operated by Pyramid Management Group. The gift cards will be made possible through a partnership with American Express. Pyramid Gift Cards will be redeemable at any Pyramid Shopping Center tenant where American Express is accepted. Gift Cards can be purchased at the Customer Service Center. Pyramid Mall Gift Cards are available in any denomination between $20 and $500. ChildrenStrollers can be rented at three mall entrances – the upper level mall entrance near Macy’s, the mall entrance between Macy’s and Lord & Taylor and the DSW entrance.
