At Syndicate we believe that our guests deserve the very best!This is why we work with local farmers to raise our beef hormone free, grass and grain fed. We strongly believe in the tradition of dry-aging beef for a minimum of 14 days.

The guys created Taps, a Craft Brewery in the heart of one of the most visited cities in the world. Well, it gets better. These incredible Niagara inspired beers had a hunger for some great tasting food, but not just any food, gourmet food. Simplified gourmet food with a twist, like a duck poutine or fresh pasta stuffed with black truffles; items you wouldn’t expect to find at the average brewhouse. Then again, this was no ordinary brewhouse. Next the boys added delicious rich vegetables, greens and savoury edibles right from the farm to your table. And keeping it local, only the best beef, pork and poultry. No hormones, just the good stuff, grass and grain fed only. Am I right?

Groups & Private FunctionsSyndicate can accommodate special events and private groups. All three locations have private space available wilth seating for up to 50 people. Please call to discuss details for your group.
Tours & TastingsSyndicate Restaurant and Brewery in Niagara Falls has an attached brewery where most of our beers are brewed. We can make your visit extra special with a guided tour and tasting with one of our brewers. Great for bachelor/bachelorette parties or work outings. Tours are available by appointment only. You can also buy our beer to go in kegs, 2L growlers(and selected beers in bottles). Please call for details.
