Chili Jiao is seeking Servers to join their Food & Beverage team! The primary purpose of this position is to ensure an exceptional dining experience for each guest. You will work as a team with the Chef and Kitchen Team, Food & Beverage Manager, Host/ess, Bartender and Bus Person.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests. Make guests feel comfortable and welcome.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter orders in point-of-sale system.
- Inform guests of specials and menu changes; inquire about special dietary requirements or restrictions.
- Answer questions regarding regions where food products come from, how food is prepared.
- Describe in detail tastes and textures.
- Answer questions regarding wine list, where wine comes from, the vintage, aromas, suggest pairings and explain why the pairing is recommended.
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
Our ideal candidate will possess: - Minimum of one (1) year experience in a fine dining establishment.
- Smart Serve Certification.
- Legal serving age for alcohol.
- Excellent organization and communication skills
