Responsibilities:
-Answering phone calls and taking messages for Team Lead, department, or team members.
-Ensuring appropriate document filling, editing and reports for the department.
-Assisting with the arrangement and preparation of clients' requests.
-Faxing, photocoping, scanning and printing documents.
-Assisting with preparation and updating of departmental documents.
Qualifications and Competencies
-Edcuation: Grade 12 or equivalent general education.
-Working Knowlege of various office-based software including MS Office suite.
-Previous experence as an Administrative Assistant or similar position.
-Proficiency in English and Mandarin speaking and writing.
