Chili Jiao is seeking Servers to join their Food & Beverage team! The primary purpose of this position is to ensure an exceptional dining experience for each guest. You will work as a team with the Chef and Kitchen Team, Food & Beverage Manager, Host/ess, Bartender and Bus Person.

Primary Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests. Make guests feel comfortable and welcome.
Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter orders in point-of-sale system.
Inform guests of specials and menu changes; inquire about special dietary requirements or restrictions.
Answer questions regarding regions where food products come from, how food is prepared.
Describe in detail tastes and textures.
Answer questions regarding wine list, where wine comes from, the vintage, aromas, suggest pairings and explain why the pairing is recommended.
Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

Minimum of one (1) year experience in a fine dining establishment.
Smart Serve Certification.
Legal serving age for alcohol.
Excellent organization and communication skills
